The Bleddfa Centre in Wales

The Bleddfa Centre is synonymous with human creativity focusing on encouraging the individual to engage and learn from their own living process in a way that fosters insight and self understanding. The creative spirit represents the wellspring of our true and authentic self that needs no justification or reason. We recognise that to embrace our truth unequivocally changes the very nature of our reality and at the heart of this reality is an essential goodness. This is the gift each person brings and by participating and having courage, openness, love and compassion for ourselves, we can make a difference to our own lives, to the lives around us and to the world we live in.

We therefore seek to engender a spirit of enquiry, to promote self knowledge and the search for meaning by providing an open, welcoming space where small groups of people can gather and share. We offer a range of workshops, study groups and a gallery space for exhibitions. We do not promote any particular tradition or religion. Our emphasis is to raise awareness of the innate spirituality of life and the meeting point with the material life.

People often say they come to Bleddfa because of the presence they feel here. Holding open undefined sacred space is a core aspect of Bleddfa. There are very few places that genuinely hold open sacred space and decline to occupy and define it, so that the individual is free to discover their own unique spirit. Bleddfa is one of these places.
